Certificate is valid for one year from date of purchase, and can be used toward anything in the shop, workshops/private classes, and custom orders. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Please note that gift certificates cannot be used toward the purchase of gift certificates.
Once the certificate has been purchased, it will be customized per your specifications, and a unique coupon code will be applied to the gift certificate. A downloadable PDF certificate will be emailed to you within 24 hours to the email address attached to your order. If you would like the certificate sent directly to the recipient, please send their email address with your order number to casey@homespunroots.com.
